This is the EASIEST recipe of all time. This time of year we all are invited to cookie exchanges right? I don’t know about you, but I have a hard time getting everything done this time of year. Sometimes I just don’t have time to even make cookies! This is so easy!

One and a half bags chocolate chips (12 oz bags) – not an exact science – just one full bag and about half of the other. Use whatever you want – milk chocolate, semi sweet – whatever you enjoy.
One can sweetened condensed milk – this works with regular or low fat (seriously though – just make it full fat – it’s not good for you either way)
A table spoon or so of vanilla – I personally NEVER measure – I don’t think more or less screws it up.
A couple spoonfuls of peanut butter – I use trader joes – plain, creamy, no salt or sugar added – I would imagine something with a bunch of synthetic stuff in it would make this taste different – you don’t need to use TJ, but I would suggest something natural.
(don’t want to use peanut butter? just use the whole second bag of chocolate chips)
*dump all these into a sauce pan
*stir continuously on low for a few minutes.
*once it is all blended poor into a 9X9 baking pan that is lined with wax paper and put it in the fridge
that’s it!
(make sure anyone you serve this to knows there is peanut butter involved)
I get so many compliments on this! It is an adaptation of Rachael Ray’s 5 minute fudge – but hers has nuts and dried fruit in it – that makes me think of fruit cake – and i think making fudge taste like fruit cake is all kinds of wrong (just my opinion).

going to go get ingredients to make this. sounds so yummy!
I’m making this on Thursday!!
Just made this and tasted the spoon after it hardened a bit….OMG! I did a full bag of milk chocolate with a small bag of butterscotch with almond butter….AH-MAZING.
Don’t asked what made this very non-domestic mom try to get creative…we’ll see how it turns out in the morning…but Kate influences me in the BEST ways
