The Flower Fields in lovely Carlsbad California are open!

The Flower Fields Carlsbad

I was super lucky to meet Vicki when I attended Media Day at The Flower Fields!   She and her husband have both been volunteers for years and they love everything about Ranunculus.   Vicki was kind enough to show me around and was an awesome sport by adding her expertise to our YouTube Channel!

The Flower Fields is a must see for anyone who lives in or is visiting San Diego this spring! They are located in beautiful Carlsbad California!   The Flower Fields is a great place to go as a family or even a fairly frugal afternoon date!   Make sure to bring your camera – but make sure to check out the photography rules at The Flower Fields.

Also, make sure to check out The Flower Fields Events Page!   You can celebrate Easter with sunrise service among the flowers (how glorious!), our favorite is Kid’s Day, and I might actually try to make it to the Yoga class!   The last day of The Flower Fields is Mother’s Day – I can’t think of a prettier place to spend the day with your mom!

Open seven days a week from 9am   – 6pm – NOW through May 12, 2013.

Get Ticket Information for The Flower Fields here!   Tickets are $11 for adults and $6 for children – you can also purchase a season pass for $25 for adults and only $14 for children!   Click the above link for more info!

Because the weather is a little cooler this year than previous years it has started off a little slower, but the colors are even more vibrant!

I hope you will check out the video and I hope you can make it to The Flower Fields this year!

A VERY special thanks to The Flower Fields for having us – and especially to Vicki for sharing her enthusiasm with all of us!

Enjoy ~ Kate

*Disclosure – I received media access and the rights to take photographs and video.   I did not receive any compensation for sharing.*

Thanks,
Kate
