* Giveaways unless otherwise noted are for verified subscribers only.  This is a special bonus for those who subscribe to our site.  Subscription is completely free and your information is never shared in any way.  You are welcome to safe unsubscribe at any time – but must be a subscriber to win. (we do check).

* To win you must be a legal US resident and 18 years of age or older.

*Unless otherwise specified – entries are ONE per household.  IP addresses are checked.  Please understand these giveaways are a form of advertising for the company that is good enough to sponsor it.  Someone creating new emails or using multiple emails per household skews the numbers and simply isn’t fair.  Please follow this rule.  Those who abuse this will be banned from future giveaways as well.

*Random.org is used to choose a winner.  We cross check to make sure this winner is a verified subscriber.  If the email given is not in our database it will not be announced and a new winner will be chosen.  This will continue until a verified subscriber is chosen.

*A winner will be announced within 48 hours of winning.  Winner will be announced on the blog with first name and last initial.  Winner will also be emailed with the email address provided.  Winner MUST respond within 72 hours of being announced or prize is forfeited to another subscriber.

*No information collected is ever used for any reason other than to contact the winner.

*While we have never had a problem, San Diego Deals and Steals cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen prizes.  Prizes will not be replaced.
