One of the perks of running a somewhat popular San Diego blog is that we often review San Diego photographers. We’ve had the kid’s portraits taken pretty often, by some of the most talented local photographers we have been fortunate enough to meet! We didn’t really ‘need’ another set of photographs this past week. But my friend Amy is adopting two kids from the same country that my handsome son is from. She put out an email that they were taking photos on a donation basis to raise the final funds they need to travel to bring their kiddos home. Well, if you know me, I have been known to buy a few things when it is for an adoption fundraiser, even if I don’t necessarily ‘need’ it. So even though we just had our photos taken less than a year ago, we were very excited to go over to Amy’s back yard and get a few more!
Some day these little bitty people will be all grown up. Prior to that, someday they will be teenagers. I’ve heard that teenagers can be stinky and sassy and don’t always get along. But for now they are little and in this light they are just magical. I am not sure why I am so blessed….
I suppose that was not so ‘wordless’ – but in any event – I had to share!
